As a Mechanical Engineer at Astrol, our colleague Florian Medjimorec is responsible for tasks related to the mechanical aspects of projects. His central role encompasses the conceptualization, sizing, and design of parts and mechanical assemblies. Additionally, he manages drawing documentation and handles the purchasing of parts and components during the development phase. He also maintains communication with suppliers. His responsibilities extend to the creation of test specifications and performing calculations to ensure the structural integrity and functionality of the designed systems.
Florian joined Astrol in November 2021. He holds a degree as a mechanical engineer (Dipl.Ing.FH), showcasing his formal education and expertise in the field. What Florian appreciates most about working at Astrol is the dynamic nature of the operation. Facilitated by the company’s smaller size. This allows him to engage in a variety of tasks.
