To strengthen our development team, we are looking for a Design Engineer in the Field of Electromechanics / Power Electronics (Starting immediately or by arrangement)
Your tasks
- As part of our development team, you will take responsibility for the mechanical development of our product platforms.
- You will independently design custom-specific solutions and optimize existing ones until they are ready for mass production.
- You will conduct feasibility studies, technical calculations, and simulations in the areas of strength and thermal management.
- Material and supplier selection will also be part of your responsibilities.
- You will maintain direct technical contact with our suppliers.
- Your duties will also include technical documentation and supporting the sales and marketing department with appealing product presentations.
Our requirements
- Higher technical college (HF), university of applied sciences (FH) or ETH degree
- Experience in the field of electromechanics
- Solid knowledge of CAD, Solid Edge knowledge is an advantage
- Initiative and independent working style as well as team spirit
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written

Ihre Aufgaben
- Als Teil unseres Entwicklungsteams übernehmen Sie Verantwortung bei der mechanischen Weiterentwicklung unserer Produkte-Plattformen.
- Sie konstruieren eigenständig kundenspezifische Designs und optimieren bestehende Lösungen bis zur Serienreife.
- Sie führen Machbarkeitsstudien, technische Berechnungen und Simulationen im Bereich Festigkeit und Thermik durch.
- Die Material- und Lieferantenauswahl gehört ebenfalls zu Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich.
- Sie befinden sich in direktem technischen Kontakt mit unseren Lieferanten.
- Technische Dokumentation und die Unterstützung der Verkaufs- und Marketingabteilung mit ansprechenden Produktdarstellungen ergänzen Ihr Tätigkeitsfeld.
Unsere Anforderungen
- Höhere Fachschule (HF), Fachhochschule (FH) oder ETH Abschluss
- Erfahrung im Bereich Elektromechanik
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in CAD, Solid-Edge Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Eigeninitiative und selbständige Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
