Ramon Magatti, our Electrical Engineer, has been part of the Astrol team since November 2023. His role involves the conceptualization of devices through the creation of schematics and layouts. Actively participating in their development by generating necessary documentation, and overseeing the entire process through final tests before shipment.
Following his graduation from public schools, he completed an apprenticeship as an electronic technician, gaining hands-on experience in the field. Subsequently, he furthered his education at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland, providing him with a solid foundation for his work at Astrol.
One aspect of Astrol that Ramon particularly values is the flat hierarchy and the culture of active exchange among team members. Despite everyone having specific tasks within projects, the collaborative nature of the work requires communication across different skill areas, creating a dynamic work environment.
Ramon Magatti embraces a sociable and active lifestyle. He likes to play squash or tennis with others. You can find him participating in activities at his local club, such as Volleyball and precision shooting. During his personal time, Ramon enjoys playing video games, delving into novels and manga, and expressing his creativity through playing the piano.
