Eslam Kandil started his academic journey at Cairo University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Power and Machine Engineering. He developed a deep interest in energy technologies, which led him to continue his studies at Bologna University. Here he obtained his master’s degree in Electric Vehicle Engineering, with a special focus on Power Electronics.
After completing his bachelor’s degree, Eslam started his career in the oil and gas sector as an electrical engineer at ENPPI. He worked here for two years and built up valuable experience in the energy sector. He found his next challenge at CNH Industrial, where he worked again for two years, this time as a Power Electronics Development Engineer in agricultural and construction machinery.
Eslam currently works as a Technical Sales Consultant at Astrolkwx. In this role he engages with global customers and suppliers to discuss projects and ongoing technical business activities. He researches and networks to find potential customers or companies interested in products or services. He conducts sessions to understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for solutions and develops detailed system architectures. Externally, he partners with technical departments of our target customers and partners, internally he coordinates with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.
Eslam Kandil has only just started at Astrolkwx, but his experience so far has been extremely positive. He praises the team dynamics and supportive working environment. During his first week he has already had many questions that were answered quickly and thoroughly. Eslam is confident that the Astrolkwx team will continue to grow and become stronger.
